RESERVATIONS

Cassio records are maintained by your HOME PHONE NUMBER. When leaving messages, please indicate your name and home phone number. Pets are accepted and released ONLY during daily kennel hours: 8:15 am-12 noon or 3-6 pm. We are closed between 12 noon and 3 pm daily. You are charged for the day in, but not the day out if your pet leaves prior to noon. NO CREDIT CARDS, posted bounced check fee will be charged. Open daily including Sundays, except Closed Christmas and Thanksgiving days. Your pet needs time to settle. We need time to observe and process our internal paperwork before closing. Your pet should arrive at least one-half hour prior to any closing hours.

Reservations are necessary, and please let us know if your plans change. When we reach our first numerical cut-off for reservations, we will establish a waiting list. All current VIP CUSTOMERS will continue to be accepted until our final cut-off is reached. We appreciate our repeat customers and their pets have generally adapted to the kennel routine. A VIP customer has accumulated boarding charges in excess of $500 for the calendar year and is entitled to a 10% discount on boarding charges for the remainder of that calendar year. Medallion customers have accumulated $1,000 and receive a 15% discount.
