PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL

Owner Supplied Diet
Pre-package individual feeding portions of dry dog food adding dry supplements, vitamins, pills, etc. that are normally administered in the food. To ensure ingestion, critical supplements should be administered by hand. Critical medication should be kept separate and request made to be administered by hand.

Label all packets and cans with your name and your pet’s name with a permanent marker. Also, specify AM or PM if they contain different amounts of supplements or food.

Place individual packets along with can and a measuring scoop, if applicable, together in a bag or container. Your name and your pet’s name along with SPECIFIC mixing INSTRUCTIONS should be attached to the outside.

Medications
Owner supplied medication may be continued while boarding. However, we must ask that you supply an adequate amount of medication. Write down SPECIFIC administering INSTRUCTIONS on a card along with your pet’s name. Also indicate on the card the pre-existing medical condition, your vet’s name and phone number, and if we should be alert to any specific conditions or symptoms.

Local Contact or Emergency Phone Number
We ask that an “emergency contact number” be left with us should we need to be in touch with you regarding your pet. We request this number be supplied when you check-in.

Extra Luggage
No bedding, clothing, or bowls. We have slightly raised beds and bedding for all dogs. We are not responsible for misplaced items during cleaning. Daily treats and chew-bones marked with your dogs name are allowed. Limit of two (2) marked pet toys. We have balls, etc for personal time.
